Ordering From ManorHouseMinis.com
With our shopping cart it is easy to shop online. If you do not feel comfortable
using your credit card online, please feel free to email
us a copy of your order. Please be sure to include a return phone number and the best time to call for payment.
At this time we only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover online. If you need to use
a money order or cashiers check, please call us to place your order. When payment arrives, your order
will be shipped promptly. We can only ship orders within the continental U.S. at this time, we apologize
for any inconvenience this may cause.

Pricing Of Products
All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars. All prices are subject to change without notice. While we strive
to make sure there are no mistakes, we do reserve the right to make price changes at anytime if necessary.

Returns & Exchange Policy
Items accepted for exchange will be exchanged for merchandise of equal or greater value, or the customer
will be given store credit. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the reason
for the exchange is the result of an error by ManorHouseMinis.com. To request a return, email
returns@manorhouseminis.com, include your invoice number
along with the items you wish to return or exchange and details about why a return or exchange is necessary.
All requests for returns or exchanges must be made within seven (7) days from receiving the product. All items
MUST be returned in their original packaging and condition or a 15% restocking fee will apply. Opened dollhouse kits
cannot be returned.

Damaged Items
If you receive merchandise that was damaged during shipment, please contact returns@manorhouseminis.com.
Do not return damaged merchandise until instructed to do so by a ManorHouseMinis.com representative. All damages must
be reported to the carrier of the package or ManorHouseMinis.com within 3 days of receipt of your package.

Defective Items
We make every effort to ensure that everything you recieve is just as it should be, but sometimes an item
can have a defect that goes unnoticed until is it inspected by the customer. If you receive a defective item
please contact returns@manorhouseminis.com within three (3) days of receiving
the defective product for further instructions. Do not ship the product back to us until instructed to do so by
the ManorHouseMinis.com representative. Dollhouse kits are guaranteed directly by the manufacturer to be
complete. If you receive a dollhouse kit that is missing parts or has defective parts, please contact the
manufacturer directly when possible, their contact information will be on the instructions inside the package.

Wrong & Missing Items
We make every effort to fill all orders correctly, but our staff is only human. If we make a mistake
we reserve the right to correct it. Please contact returns@manorhouseminis.com
within three (3) days of receiving the shipment for further instructions. Return C.O.D.'s will not be accepted.

Delivery Delays
Orders may not be returned, cancelled or refused because they did not reach their destination by a specific date.
By placing an order with ManorHouseMinis.com, the customer agress that ManorHouseMinis.com is not responsible for
shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather or other conditions. We make every effort to ensure that orders
are processed in a timely manner and to accomodate customer who are placing last-minute gift orders.

Back Orders
We strive very hard to ensure that we maintain adequate inventory levels. We have a large inventory and receive
shipments of new merchandise daily. However, we can not guarantee that every item will be in stock every day.
Orders that can be filled completely (most orders) will be usually shipped within two (2) to four (4) business
days. If there are items that are out of stock on the order, the order may be held for up to fourteen (14) days to allow
for us to complete the order. If we are unable to get a product in stock in a timely manner or the item has been
discontinued, you will be issued a refund for that product.

Safety Notice
Please note that many of our items are very small adult collectables and not intended for young
children. If you have any questions or concerns about purchasing items for younger children, please
contact us and we will be happy to assist you in finding
age appropriate items.

Electronic Signature
By placing an order with ManorHouseMinis.com via the internet, you are providing an electronic signature
and authorize this charge to your credit card. You state that you have read and understand the ordering policies of
ManorHouseMinis.com. Unpaid balances of more than thirty (30) days old will be turned over to a collection agency and
you will be financially responsible for the cost of collections, any interest, legal fees and penalties on any unpaid
balances. In the event of a charge back, you will be responsible for a thirty (30) dollar administrative fee per
incident. All orders must be paid in full before the order will be shipped. There is a thirty (30) dollar service
fee for all returned checks.
